A Smile...Everytime I Realize.

This maybe a short poem but I mean every word of it. Every single person in my life matters to me and I smile because of that. Its a gift to have reasons everywhere so that I do keep smiling all my life, through the pain, through the best, through the worst and also through the joy. Everyone, thank you for being there somehow...Keep smiling... :)

A smile flashes by everytime I realize

What I mean to you.

A smile with a tear slides, everytime I realize

That I can mean to a few.

A smile comes to face me everytime I realize

There is no distance in between

A smile comes to save me everytime I realize

The doubt is distance itself is crazy

A smile is in my life now everytime I realize

Somehow I've learnt a simple truth.

A smile is in my life now everytime I realize

That I smile because of you...!

The Pivot Of Change

No change is good, no change is bad...
The only thing that hurts is the thought after saying 'What if I had...?'

The pivot of change is a place

Where the wishes are renewed

Where the dreams are high, hopes are true

And patience is a virtue.

For change is one dimensional

It has no discrimination.

It is the situation that affects,

Through the ripples of our actions.

So when the change applies itself

In our lives slowly but steadily

What is our notion, our thought?

Or do we take our responsibility?

But allow the change to be unlikely

It is so, due to the ignorance indeed

Of the mind, of the soul

Intertwined but stuck in between

This awareness of change fails

Allowing the consequence to hit you hard,

The perspective of the world dissolves

Left with the meaning of disregard

Of accepting a life so drastic

That I never learned to foresee

Now I stand at this pivot

Forced to redefine to myself clearly

The pivot of change is true though darker

When the tears don't cease to flow

When the heart aches and the head thinks

Nothing else but to let go!

When a change affects you..let it do so. Because that is when you know that you've moved on...!
